This is an invitation for your team to apply for entry into our 13^th Annual BRIAN STEELE MEMORIAL HOCKEY TOURNAMENT to be held from September 8, 2008 to September 14, 2008.  All games played weeknights and weekend (no daytime games during the week).  The tournament is sanctioned by the GTHL and all games are played under GTHL and CAHA rules.

Out Of Town teams will start play on Friday.

NOTE:  Any participant receiving a match penalty or a Fighting major is automatically suspended from the tournament.

Teams will be accepted upon receipt of application with deposit.

Games played at Vaughan Sports Village, Canlan Ice Sports Scar borough.

Hillcrest will waive the surcharge on U.S.A. Teams.

Please make your cheque payable to: Hillcrest Summits.  A deposit of $775.00 or $825.00 must accompany this application. The balance of $250.00 for Gate Fee must be postdated to July 1, 2008. No refunds after team has been accepted.( No exceptions ) Teams will be notified of acceptance once deposit has been received via email.

TEAM REGISTRATION

All teams must produce an approved CAHA, GTHL or OMHA Approved Roster for the current season and CAHA, GTHL or OMHA Travel Permit to the Tournament Registrar. Team Managers are asked to register his or her team 45 minutes prior to the start of his team or her team’s first tournament game.  Teams must be ready to play at least 15 minutes before their scheduled game.
