is an invitation for your team, to apply for entry into our 14th Annual BRIAN
STEELE MEMORIAL HOCKEY TOURNAMENT to be held from September14, 2009 to
September 20, 2009. Games from Sept 14th -Sept 18th commence at 6pm. All
games to be played during the week night and weekend. The tournament is
sanctioned by the GTHL. |

will be accepted upon receipt of application with
deposit. |

Played at: Vaughan Sports Village, Canlan Ice Sports
Scarborough, Canlan Ice Sports Etobicoke, Cummer Arena & Goulding Park
Arena. |
| Game

Atom to Minor Bantam 10-10-12 Cost $1050 |
| Bantam
to Midget 12-12-15 Cost $1100 |
| Hillcrest
will waive the surcharge on U.S.A. teams. |

deposit of: $800.00(Minor
Atom to Minor Bantam) or $850.00 (Bantam to Midget)
must accompany thisapplication. Balance of $250.00 must be dated no later
than July 1, 2009. |

will be notified via email of acceptance once deposit and application have

| Any
participant receiving a match penalty or a major
fighting penalty will be suspended from the tournament. |
